Registration fees includes attendance to National Conference sessions, meals, coffee breaks, banquets, and conference material.
*The Pre-Conference Workshop requires a separate registration. Meals, coffee breaks and conference material included in the Pre-Conference fee.
**The Tech Symposium runs Friday, August 10 to Saturday, August 11
Delegate Conference Cancellation Policy
If a delegate is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may transfer, by arrangement with the OPC National, their registration to another person. The appropriate member or non-member fee will apply to the substitute, and any rate difference must be paid in full at the time of request.
Where the delegate is unable to attend, and is not able to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Registrations before April 30, 2018 will be refunded in full, less a $20 administrative fee.
- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event (June 8, 2018) will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
No-shows to the conference will not be refunded conference fees.
